Each tablet Norit contains 125 mg activated charcoal as active ingredient. Norit is a product made of activated charcoal, which, due to its large internal surface, can adsorb harmful or undesirable substances in the gastrointestinal tract. The pharmaceutical product can be used as a supplement of dietary measures in case of acute diarrhoea. Acute diarrhoea: Resulting from changes in food or climate:6-9 tablets 3 times a day. Poisoning: As an initial treatment 20 tablets at once, to be repeated several times at short intervals. Flatulence: 4 tablets after meal, to be repeated 2 hours later. Swallow with water.
