  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address during the checkout process. Datema Nautical Safety is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Datema Nautical Safety offers a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items that are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products to ensure they are received by Datema Nautical Safety.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped promptly. Please allow time for processing.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and digital downloads, are not eligible for returns.
